Original Banana PI A20 Dual Core Development Board

This board fits many uses as computer replacent. I've connected the 2.5 inch hdd to it and configured samba. I get stable throughput of 30 mbytes/sec (via gigabit ethernet), which is very good for network-attached storage. All in all - I'm happy - it's absolutely impossible to get NAS for about 50$ (not including hdd itself) in any other way. I have a plan to create network cluster with glusterfs using 3 banana pi boards - that'll be killer config (high availability storage for free in terms of server-class hardware prices). P.S. memory usage in my config is 50mbytes (95% of total RAM remains free, lol). Conclusions: if you need some device for network services - buy it without doubt (it's in addition to all the other uses this board is intended for).
I bought to replace my raspberry PI(died after 1,5 year). For home media center( minidlna server) and torrent downloader. I installed Lubuntu for BPI v.3.1 and Raspbian For BananaPi v3.1 from http://www.lemaker.org . Power supply from computer USB - works unstable - it's better independent power supply 5V 2A. Good option for this money.
